On every job
Never the rotating subs you've never met — Dennis and a vetted crew, on a two-coat minimum with every edge cut in by hand.

Razor-clean edges and premium Florida-rated coatings — the prep a cheap quote quietly skips, and why it peels by the second summer.

A fresh coat is easy. The prep, the patience, and the hand that holds the brush are what make it last — that's what you get with Dennis.

On every job
No call centers, no rotating subs you've never met. When Dennis takes your job, this is what comes standard.
You get Dennis on every job — not a call center, not a sub you've never met.
Painters who work with us every day — never the rotating day-labor you've never met.
A photo at the end of every day, so you always know exactly where your job stands.
We start when we say and finish when we said — clean, and out of your way.

The finish
Watch it happen
That faded, chalky paint isn't just tired — in Florida sun and salt air, it's the first thing that lets moisture into the home. A real repaint protects it and resets how it feels the moment you pull in.
Protection first
Failing paint is the first thing that lets sun, rain and salt into your stucco and trim. We seal it back up before the damage spreads.
Curb appeal that pays
A crisp exterior is the cheapest change that makes a Port Charlotte home look — and appraise — like more.
Color, handled
Dennis brings real samples and tests them on your wall, in your light, before you commit to a drop.
On your schedule
Clean work, a photo update at the end of each day, and a finish date we actually hit.
But a finish is only as good as the prep under it ↓

Who shows up
I'm Dennis. I live here in Port Charlotte, and I'm on every job we take on.
A lot of “local” painters are really just a logo and a voicemail — a crew you've never met, an address that turns out to be a storage unit, a quote that quietly grows once the work starts. That's not us.
When something needs to be right, you're talking to the person who can make it right. That's me — not a salesperson who disappears the day you sign.
Born & based here
Dennis lives in Port Charlotte and works the same streets your home is on. Not a franchise, not out-of-towners.
Text Dennis directly
You get his personal number — a question or a change is handled the same day, by him.
His name is on it
Every job carries the Port Charlotte House Painters name. That's the whole reputation, on the line.
Built for Florida
Prep and coatings chosen for our sun, humidity and salt air — not a national one-size playbook.
What's in the bucket
The cheapest bucket on the shelf is the most expensive thing on a job — it chalks, fades and fails in a few summers. We spray premium, Florida-rated coatings from the brands below, matched to your surface and its exposure.
Brands we spray
Top-line products only — never builder-grade.
The paint is the one thing too many painters cheap out on to win a quote — then it's your problem two summers later. We don't. The right coating for your surface goes on every time.
Anyone can roll color on a wall. We sand, patch, caulk and prime first — because the prep underneath is what decides whether your finish holds for years or starts peeling by the second summer.

See the difference
Why paint fails here

01 / 05 · UV & heat
Florida sun bleaches color fast — reds and dark tones on south- and west-facing walls go first. We use UV-stable, fade-resistant coatings rated to hold their color in it.

02 / 05 · Stucco & wood
Once paint cracks, our humidity and rain get behind it and the failure spreads. We scrape back to sound surface, prime and seal so it stops — and stays stopped.

03 / 05 · Humidity
Those grey-green streaks on shaded north walls are mildew feeding on cheap paint. We clean, treat and recoat with mildew-resistant product so they don't come back.

04 / 05 · Worn-out coatings
If your hand comes back chalky off the wall, the binder has broken down — that's a repaint, not a touch-up. We'll tell you straight which one you actually need.

05 / 05 · Approvals
Most Port Charlotte communities have an approved palette. We help you choose within it and handle the swatch submission, so you never get a letter in the mailbox.

How it works
No mystery, no pressure. Here's the schedule, start to finish.
I come out, look at the real condition of your walls or siding, and listen to what's actually bugging you about the space.
What to expectI'll tell you straight if something needs more than paint.
An itemized estimate in plain English — every surface, coat and prep step spelled out, so there's nothing to be surprised by later.
What to expectThe number doesn't move once you approve it.
We mask and cover everything, prep obsessively, then paint clean. You get a photo update at the end of each day.
What to expectWe clean up every evening — no living in a job site for a week.
We walk the finished job together, in the same light you live in, and touch up anything you point out.
What to expectYou don't pay the final balance until you've seen every wall and you're happy.
What you're actually paying for
Two quotes can look identical on paper and be nothing alike. Here's where the difference actually lives.
The cheap quote
What we do
“The cheapest quote you'll get usually skips the prep. That's why it's peeling by the second summer.”
Try it · exterior
Move your cursor across the house — or drag on mobile — to paint the faded exterior new.
Faded & failingFresh exteriorOur promise to you
We're a newer painting company, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What that means for you: we have everything to prove and we'll out-work anyone to earn your word-of-mouth. These aren't slogans — they're the terms we stand behind.
If a wall isn't right, we make it right before you pay the balance. No debate.
The price on your written quote is the price you pay. Surprises aren't part of the deal.
We show up the days we're scheduled — and if anything ever shifts, you hear it from me first.
Floors covered, surfaces protected, and your home swept and tidy at the end of every day.

Service area
Based in Port Charlotte, painting the surrounding Gulf coast. Hover a pin to see the neighborhoods we cover.
Home base
Born and based right here. Murdock, Deep Creek, Harbor Heights, the Charlotte Harbor waterfront — this is our backyard, and most jobs are minutes from the shop.
On this stretch of coast and not sure you're in range? Just ask — if Dennis can get to you, we'll quote it.
Before you call
Every home is different, so we give you a free, written, itemized estimate after walking the job — no guesswork and no surprise charges. Interior rooms, full-home exteriors and cabinet refinishing are all priced transparently before any work begins.
Because it's in writing before we lift a brush. Your estimate is itemized line by line, and that number is what you pay. If we ever spot something genuinely unexpected behind a wall, we stop and talk to you first — we never quietly add it to the bill.
We walk the finished job together, in the same light you actually live in, and we touch up anything you point out. You don't pay the final balance until you've seen every wall and you're satisfied. That's the whole guarantee — simple and in writing.
Fair question. We're newer to painting, and we'd rather be upfront than fake a wall of reviews. What that means for you: we have everything to prove, Dennis is personally on every job, and we put our guarantees in writing instead of asking you to take our word for it.
Yes. Port Charlotte House Painters is licensed and carries liability insurance, so your home and our crew are protected on every job. We're happy to provide proof of coverage with your estimate.
Most single rooms are done in a day, and a full-home interior repaint usually takes 3–5 days depending on size, prep and detail. We give you a clear schedule up front and stick to it.
We use premium, Florida-rated coatings built to handle intense sun, humidity and salt air — the difference between a finish that lasts and one that fades or peels in a couple of seasons.
Absolutely. Cabinet refinishing is one of our specialties — a factory-smooth finish that transforms a kitchen for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
We're based in Port Charlotte and serve North Port, Punta Gorda, Englewood and Venice. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.

I'll put together an honest, itemized quote within 48 hours — no pressure and no pushy sales call. Just a clear number and a straight answer. — Dennis
